Registered Airmail:

• Free shipping worldwide on all orders over $69 (otherwise $29.90).

• Shipments are delivered directly to your address. However, depending on your local postal service, you may need to pick up your package at your nearest post office.
• Approximate arrival time: 10 working days*

Any customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Unfortunately, we cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Notice: Any import duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

Returned International Shipments

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for complying with all applicable customs requirements and for paying any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

If a shipment is returned to Dr. Sea because the recipient refuses delivery, fails to collect the shipment, fails to pay applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges, fails to provide information requested by the carrier or customs authorities, or otherwise fails to complete the required import or delivery procedures, the customer may be responsible for the actual costs incurred as a result.

Where permitted by applicable law, Dr. Sea may deduct from any refund the actual, non-recoverable shipping, return-to-sender, customs, handling, or carrier charges incurred in connection with the returned shipment.

Any remaining refundable amount will be refunded to the original payment method after the returned products have been received and inspected by Dr. Sea.
