    Dead Sea Salts is recommended for children to cure diathesis and for everybody suffering from allergy or bronchial asthma. Indications for use: such dermatological conditions as psoriasis, acne, and eczema. This salt is good for use if you suffer from cold, rhinitis, maxillary sinusitis, quinsy, bronchitis, osteochondrosis or arthritis, if you have sprains, injuries, excessive feet sweating or tiptoe fungus.
    The salt can be added to baths or used to make cold and hot compresses. It also can be used for wrapping, inhalations, gargling and cryomassage.
    Regular salt bathing strengthens your health, boosts your immune system, provides soothing effect and mitigates fatigue!
  • Way to use:

    1. Health-improving baths (200 g of salt per bath). Duration: 15–20 minutes. Have a health-improving bath 3 times a week. Relax after the bath for 30–40 minutes. a) 25–30 °C bath temperature intensifies metabolism, muscular tone, stimulates nervous system. b) 35–37 °C bath temperature is used for health strengthening, immune system boosting, fatigue and stress mitigating. It has soothing effect, improves skin appearance, lowers arterial tension, increases tissue metabolism. с) 40–45 °C bath temperature intensifies metabolism and excretory function (kidney vessels widen), increases body perspiration and arterial tension, decreases appetite. Have a wash with warm water after the treatment. 2. Therapy baths (400 g of salt per bath). Duration: 15–20 minutes. Have baths 3 times a week. Bath temperature is 35–37 °C. Relax after the bath for 45-60 minutes. It's good for curing skin disease such as eczema, psoriasis, various inflammations and allergies. In severe cases of psoriasis, use 1 kg of salt per bath. Have a therapy bath 3 times a week over a period of 6 weeks. Have a wash with warm water after the treatment. 3. Local hand and foot baths (40–60 g of salt per 3-4 litres of water). Duration: 15–20 minutes. Have a local hand and a foot bath 3 times a week. Bath temperature is 35–37 °C. Relax after the bath for 20–30 minutes. This type of baths cures muscular aches, kills joint pain, strengthens nails, lowers feet sweating, treat fungus disease. Have a wash with warm water after the treatment. 4. Salt wrapping (2-3 table spoons of salt per 1 litre of water). Duration: 20–30 minutes. Water temperature is 45 °C (water temperature is 37 °C, if injured or sore area is wrapped). Relax after the wrapping for an hour in warm place. May be applicable to injuries, bruises, strains, burns, callosities. Apply the compress to the sore area, wrap using a polyethylene film, wrap up in a blanket. Have a wash with warm water after the treatment. 5. Gargling (0.5-1 tea spoon per a glass of warm water). Gargle your throat 3-4 times a day maximum. Do not speak after the treatment for 30 minutes. Indications for use: rhinitis, pharyngitis, quinsy, maxillary sinusitis, gum inflammation. For dental whitening and calculus removal it's necessary to brush teeth with salt powder over a period of a week. In the case of maxillary sinusitis, rinse your nose using soft syringe. Keep the head tilted forward, flush nasal cavities in turn, keep your mouth open for the liquid to pour out. 6. Inhalations (1-3 table spoons of salt per 1 litre of water). Make inhalations 3 times a week. Relax and do not speak after the treatment for 15–20 minutes. Indications for use: bronchial asthma, bronchitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis. Inhale through mouth or nose using a paper funnel. 7. Cryomassage (1 table spoon of salt per 0.5 litres of water). Make cryomassage 3 times a week over a period of 4 weeks. Duration: 3–5 minutes. It lifts skin, smoothes out minor wrinkles, increases skin immunity, rejuvenates skin. Dissolve salt in hot water (38–39 °C), let it cool and freeze in fridge. Use in the morning for face massage. It's essential to make cryomassage 30–40 minutes in advance before going outdoors (when it's cold — 60 minutes in advance). WARNING! If you have cardiovascular disease, bath temperature shouldn't exceed 34 °C. Under the care and on the recommendation of a physician. It's not recommended to have hot baths if suffering from insomnia.
