Salt wrapping (2-3 table spoons of salt per 1 litre of water). Duration: 20–30 minutes. Water temperature is 45 °C (water temperature is 37 °C, if injured or sore area is wrapped). Relax after the wrapping for an hour in warm place. May be applicable to injuries, bruises, strains, burns, callosities. Apply the compress to the sore area, wrap using a polyethylene film, wrap up in a blanket. Have a wash with warm water after the treatment. 5. Gargling (0.5-1 tea spoon per a glass of warm water).
